PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING A FORM, REGISTERING FOR A WEBINAR, OR OPTING IN TO RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS.
These Terms and Conditions apply to SMS and email communications from Franco Elias Repetto Labatut / Eground LLC ("we," "us," or "our") related to real estate webinars, real estate inquiries, appointment coordination, property updates, consultation follow-up, and related real estate communications.
By submitting a form, registering for a webinar, or opting in to receive communications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Consent to Receive SMS and Email Communications
By providing your phone number and email address and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages and email communications from Franco Elias Repetto Labatut / Eground LLC.

SMS messages may include reminders, event updates, appointment coordination, property updates, and follow-up communications related to your real estate inquiry or requested services.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
